*How to Open & Lock Your Necklace Clasp**
Please follow the instructions below carefully. The clasp is designed with a secure locking mechanism, so it may feel firm when you use it for the first time.
🔒 To Lock the Clasp
1. Insert the pin completely into the clasp.
2. **Press inward gently and rotate** until you feel or hear it click into the locked position.
3. Give it a light tug to confirm it is securely locked.
🔓 To Unlock the Clasp
1. **First, pull the clasp downward (press down slightly).**
2. While keeping it pressed down, **rotate it a very small amount.**
3. Then continue to **rotate and pull gently outward.**
4. You will feel a slight **”bounce” or release**, indicating the lock has disengaged.
5. The pin can then be pulled out smoothly.
⚠️ Important
Many buyers think the clasp is too tight or won’t open because they try to rotate it **without first pressing it downward**.
The downward press is essential.** Without pressing down first, the locking mechanism remains engaged, making it difficult to rotate or open.
Please follow the sequence exactly:
