Refund and Returns Policy

At Blingory, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy as outlined below.

 

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. Please check product descriptions for details.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer service team at blingory@gmail.com or call us at +91 9819756724 to request a return authorization.
    • Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Packaging:
    • Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit. Include the original invoice and any accessories that came with the product.
    • Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping:
    • Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Policy

Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Items that do not meet our return policy criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same process as outlined in our return policy. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange based on availability.
  • If the desired exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving the product) at blingory@gmail.com or +91 9819756724 with photos of the damage.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • A replacement will be sent as soon as possible, or a full refund will be issued if a replacement is not available.
